Is a bank letter listing the funds in the Indian currency accepted as?

I guess Piyush has already given the required answer and that's the way you need to request the bank to get bank certificate created as at POE nobody have time to do the conversions over there and would prefer to get it in actual CAD figure. Good to get the bank certificate done before few days of travel but do intimate them well before hand about this request so that they could be ready.
