Is there a way to attach a letter of explanation for your proof funds?
I am a cynic. If they wanted to give the applicant, any applicant, a chance to get out of showing sufficient funding, they would it require it. As I see it, you either meet the requirements ALL the requirements or you don't. I am sorry to be that blunt. If you want to survive in Canada get used to playing by the rules.
