Hello, This is not advisable. Even with a sole application, there is still no guarantee for a possible visa approval let alone with a family composition of 6 as an accompanying dependent of the principal applicant (PA) on a study permit. This will automatically or drastically reduce your visa chances. It will be ideal if you apply alone and thereafter bring your family when in Canada. My advice is, apply alone.
